anger mgmt...worth it?Follow

I've invested the one talent point for Anger Management as a lvl 24 arms specced war and frankly I dont know whether or not i've noticed anything worthwhile about the talent. Is this one of those talents that sucks until lvl 50+ or somethin? i seems to be that way but i'd like to ask those that know for sure so i could know for sure. thanks for any feedback...peace.

I personally don't know 1st hand, but I walked a buddy through SFK the other day, then they returned the favor for my Warrior. His main was a 48 Warrior, and I was using my Fury warrior.

Well we had a bit of downtime, eating and bandaging, looting, waiting on the NPC to unlock the door, etc.

His Rage bar lasted 100x my rage. Not really, but it was slow enough of a decline to make me change Arms again :/

That's actually one of the reasons I'm thinking about keeping Arms.

Imo AM is VERY worth while. It's free rage downtime. It scales with your lvl (because: more rage to spend on abilities, which should be up-to-date).

Let me put it this way: 1 talent point in AM generates more rage than 5 points in Unbridled Wrath for a 2h warrior. Besides, 2h warrior will find themselves rage starved more often than DW:ers.

Summary: Imo it's a great talent. I've posted some info for you to see why. If you still think it's bad post some more info about it and I'll try to see it your way. :)

is it better than unbridled wrath? sure, 1 point into AM beats 5 points into unbridled wrath. that leaves you with 4 extra points to spend elsewhere.

is it absolutely, positively a must-learn talent? imo no, my previous arms specs had it, and if you really paid attention to the rage bar and when abilities could be activated it was noticeable (ie you have to wait for one less swing, or one less hit from the mob), but not as useful without stuff like imp. tclap, imp. hs or imp. execute where the rage needed to use the ability is lessened.

however, is it a good idea? yes. i might respec to include AM into my build. my problem is to figure out where to get that extra point ^^

Oh that's no problem. You're arms right? I'd spend my points like this for a pretty hardcore PvE spec. (If another warrior has Blood Frenzy drop it and put points into Imp. Disciplines. Hell, maybe even drop 2 points in Tactical Mastery to get them both).

For PvP... something like this.
