Most definitely not a mainstream build so, props for trying something different.
Although, as I always do, here is what I think could be improved:
-5/5 Feral Aggression: To an extent, it could be argued that this isn't too bad for a full Feral build. However, since you're kinda going deep in two trees, you might as well save your points for talents that are *really* worth it.
-Shredding Attacks/Savage Fury: I'd switch those around, but maybe it's just me. With SA you can use Shred almost as often as Claw and since you're getting no Mangle that's Shred >>> Claw damage-wise. A meager 20% more won't change that fact. Also, Rake has never been the best DPS tool. It's nice and do try to keep it always up but, again, I'd rather Shred more often instead.
-Heart of the Wild: Core talent of the Feral tree. It's a must-have for self-respecting Druids and not taking it would be gimping yourself, IMO. And, look here! We just took 5 points outta Feral Agg so put 4 there and max it out. :P
-Imp LotP: This is actually a good talent. I'd use that last point from Feral Agg to max it out. Let's say you're partied with a Rogue and he gets hit randomly, with Imp LotP and a bit of awareness/cautiousness the healer might just never have to heal him.
-If you don't want Imp LotP, use the last point of Feral Agg to max Emp Healing Touch.
-If you want to drop Imp LotP entirely, you'll still have one last point... so just put it wherever you think it'll serve you the most. I'd put it in NG, but if you're on a PvE server you might never really have to use it.
Hope this helps a bit.
