After my old Horde guild evaporated, so did my desire to play my characters on that server. Since then I've found a great Horde guild on Runetotem so I've been rolling my Horde on there.
I kinda miss the BE pally I left behind, and I was thinking of rerolling one as he was only 27 anyway. But that's still 27 levels I have to repeat and so I was looking for a change.
So I rolled a female one. For what it's worth, I don't find them hawt, they're too skinny for my tastes, but as they're so incredibly small, I would find it amusing tanking as one.
Here's the vanity bit (Yes you couldn've skipped those 3 paragraphs and it wouldn't have made a lick of difference) As she is so tiny, and I want her to tank, it would add to my amusement if I could pretty much bury her in armor. massive platemail covering all but her eyes, huge shoulderpads, whopping great shield etc.
However, pretty much all the female BE's I've seen dress incredibly skimpy. Is this because they're mostly played by horny teenagers? Or does massive platemail for an orc look like a steel boobtube on a BE? Basically, is my dream of having a weeny little Belf tank with massive armor possible?
If not, I will probably reroll male. This is that important :p

Pretty much.
An easy way to test the theory is to run her around in like Silvermoon or something and when you see someone with the massive plate you so desire, inspect them and ctrl+click the item. It will display that item on your character.
But case in point: (I play alliance bear with me) I have a male lock and a female mage. They both ended up with the Corsair's Overshirt. Suffice it to say that it isn't quite the cleavage-revealing midriff-baring number on the male (thank freaking god actually, now that I think about it).

haha yea, they do like funny, but even more hilarious is a gnome warrior. Those little munchkins look so funny running around, with a big plate helm on they look like they r gonna fall over =P
Get Atlasloot and Ctrl-click some items in there. Do you look good in that?

Have you seen the difference in the level 58+ green Plate pants between the two genders? It's quite...erm...revealing.
Also, anyone with Atlasloot and a female BE, check out the look of Paladin T1 on her.

Homophobic cliché.
I rolled a male not because I want to stare at a guy's ***, but rather because I wanna look cool, not sexy. I see Pally BE's all day and all the females look far from intimidating while males have, IMO, quite a posture. (My Pally looks so cool with his current gear :O)

I watch my avatar's butt when she runs. Her little tail shakes and it's so cute. ^_^
The funniest thing ( or person ) i've seen is a Gnome tanking Gruul the Dragonkiller. That WAS THE FUNNIEST! Gruul is huge.
I made both a male blood elf paladin and a female, played them for a while, and realized, like I guess you are now, that the female will never really look that... paladin-ly. So now I have a male paladin and a female rogue. Even with big shoulderpads, she'll still be a size negative three waist.
