For what? Generally, Combat swords is generally considered the best spec to level, if that's what you're asking.
Fists for upper level dps'ing.
i use combat swords at 70 for instances, does a steady strem of high dmg per hit while dagger abilities cant really be used in instances as much

IMO, i think thats thats a pretty good sword build, but i would take the points out of NoS, weapon
expertise, and vitality, since if your undead (which i am) you got WoTF for the fear immunity, and vitality doesn't add
that much sta or agil if you do the math (800 agil will get oyu only 16 extra, and 500 sta will get you only
20 extra), it will help but, not that great, and weapon expertise, i dunno, i just don''t think that its that
useful. I would then put these extra points into parry and disarm, since disarm is a really useful skil :).

Swords or Daggers will be fine, just keep in mind Daggers do more damage than Swords via Backstab but suffer when the fight complicates, i.e.- requiring movement.
I knew that some grandmas are using their umbrellas as weapons when being attacked by thieves...
Now the initial poster speaks of combat rouge... I got to conclude that some thieves actually do manage to steal some handbacks despite the furious umbrella defense and then decide to turn their weapons, especially the rouge, against the ladies... that's tough!
How do they use it exactly, though, remains a mystery...

ok my bad i forgot to mention im a troll so that might help clear something up

Well I do know that young men dont use em anymore so you could ask around for some pills...They might help you in your defense against the old arts so I think you should throw pills at people , it doesnt kill but will stun, especially if your using asprin. But, it will kill if your thinking about hitting gnomes
