i'm a level 28 'lock, and i was wondering at what level its possible to get a useful 1h + offhand item combo rather than a staff from static instance drops? or would i have to buy them at the AH?

hypnotic blade + orb of Dorahil (or whatever it's called-it's warlock specific so you'll know it when you see it)
