Is feral swiftness worth the point to get? I am on a PVP server.

Summary: Yes and yes.

1.) It increases your speed while in Cat form by 30%. That's almost Travel form speed. No other class in the game can move that fast while still being able to fight and without activating anything. You just move fast outdoors. Very fast. No one can outrun you, except for perhaps Hunters.

2.) It increases your chance to dodge while in Cat/Bear form by 4%. Since armor, health and dodge is your only defense in forms, this is very useful, especially if you plan on tanking later on. I can't do the math, but it's a nice damage reduction talent.

To repeat my summary: Yes and yes.

Also it means that your stealth movement speed is faster as well, makes it easier to chase mobs when trying to pounce on them.

With this talent... in stealth you will be out moving rogues in stealth for awhile so in a pvp server it's really nice... not mention in BG's it will help you run things down in catform, also it stacks with the +15% movement speed bonues from the PVP sets.

Absolutely - its worth 2 pts on the 4% dodge alone...

For soloing, faster speed means lvl'ng faster. The dodge means less healing, eating, bandaging. PvP, faster on stealth means more kills. In raids, the dodge is awesome for tanks... Its a keystone for almost all feral builds.
