i just recently reached level 45 and i need help with a build. I want to lvl from 45-60 as soon as possible so i can start doing higher level instances and get into the outlands. Ty for your help.

ive spent my time as arms from 35-51 so far (51 atm) but im sure fury is just as good, try things out on the PTR but as long as you dont go prot you should be fine :P, look at the lvling trouble thread on here for some extra help, theres some good advice in there
I'm just gonna post a lvling build guide I posted a while ago. Just jump to your current lvl and go from there.
We're gonna start with this as the first build. First off this is a 2h fury build. It's the least gear dependant option in most cases and it's what I feel is ideal to lvl with to a certain point. This is what you do:
10-12: 3/3 in Imp. HS. This is because it's just about the only (and therefore best) DPS ability avalable to you in lower lvls.
13-17: 5/5 in Cruelty.
18-22: 5/5 in Imp. Demo. Shout. It's what you're gonna use when you quest or grind and imo it's so much better than Unbridled Wrath in that case (and because you're 2h:ing).
23-27: 5/5 in Imp. Battle Shout. I can't prefer Blood Craze since it's too little health over too long time. Imp. Cleave could be a strong option tho, since it greatly helps in fighting multiple mobs. I don't take Piercing Howl because it's mainly a PvP ability. You're also going to use BS about as much as Demo. Shout.
28-32: 5/5 in Enrage.
33-34: 2/2 in Imp. Slam. This is because Slam is a better DPS option than HS (you're not gonna respec because of that tho...)
35: 1/1 in Death Wish.
36-37: 2/2 in Imp. Exe.
38-39: 2/5 in Flurry.
Now, as soon as you ding 40 respec to this.
We continue with this build by going into the fury tree about the same way as before (in the end it will look like this):
41-45: 5/5 in Cruelty.
46-50: 5/5 in Imp. Demo. Shout.
51-53: 3/3 in Imp. Cleave. Mainly because it's good for instancing and you can at this lvl grind several mobs efficiently.
54: 1/1 in Piercing Howl. You might as well take it now so you don't have to respec for it later. It will make you more ressistant to ganking.
55: 1/5 in Booming Voice OR Imp. BS. Doesn't matter which, just dump the point somewhere.
56-60: 5/5 in Enrage.
61-62: 2/2 in Imp. Slam. Same reason as before. But now you mainly use slam to dump rage if you get too much.
63: 1/1 in Death Wish.
64-65: 2/2 in Imp. Exe.
65-70: 5/5 in Flurry.
