WF2/2 or WF2/1?Follow

Which would be better, I'm still pretty confused on the mater. I currently am duel wield two 2.7 speed weapons. Would Windfury proc more with the WF2/WF2 or WF2/WF1, or would it not matter? Also, is the Dual Wield specialization worth it or should I start building into my resto tree now? I'm a level 43 Shaman, Enhancement speced only.

Keep in mind according to the patch notes, down ranking a WF on the OH will not reset the WF timer of 3 secs anymore.

So, unless you like your off hand stealing proc chances from your main (which is at a reduced amount due to the mechanics of DW to begin with), its pointless to use WF on OH now.

Only way I can see WF on both hands working again is IF both weapons are @ 3 secs, and I don't know of any 1h weapon that is that slow, that can be used in both hands all the way to endgame. EIther that, or they take back the universal 3 sec proc rate.

Well my weapons are at 2.7, would that be slow enough to where it won't make a difference? If not, what should I go with on my OH. Both of my weapons are the same, 2.7 speed.

I think the general rule of thumb at this point is to get a slow main-hand for stormstrike/windfury, and get as fast an off-hand as possible, using one of the other buffs depending on the situation, in order to get the most out of shamanistic rage.

On your off-hand you might use frostbrand if you're worried about runners, flametongue against high armor mobs, rockbiter against fire resistant mobs, etc. I don't know that there's a general consensus as to the best off-hand weapon buff (at least there wasn't last time I looked).
