First i want advice on my spec but i want to stay frost and i like to do some aoe when i can and love the Elemental when i pvp.
Second i want your opinion on my gear and if at 65 i should have better then that

So, you want advice that doesn't have to do with adding points to frostbite, or going outside of frost? I am not sure I understand what you're looking for, there is only so many ways to put gobs of points around in frost... Are you looking to branch out into arcane maybe? or into Fire?
Maybe fire a lot of you are talking about elemental build.
i don't really care to lose aoe because in TBC i don't see a lot of opportunity to do aoe effectively all mobs have ability like charge to mess my pull. I don't want to lose Water elmental i play a lot solo and my pet save my life a lot of time
This spec sound good but don't know what to do with my next 15 points
