I've just been wondering... why, when a Druid is in feral form, is it not classed as a beast? In all respects they are, other than they just shifted from a NElf/Tauren. I think it would be really cool if you could hibernate a feral before he bashes you :P

Yes, druids in feral forms do count as beasts in most if not all ways. They can be affected by hibernate, and I beleive we can be affected by hunter pet buffs (Been a while since I've grouped with a BM Hunter so not sure). I was clueless until I was lvl 60 and passing through an area and was challenged by a NE ballance druid ;p Lesson learnt.

A feral druid is a beast and you can hibernate them. Hunter "Scare Beast" also works.

Don't forget also that both hunters and we using humanoid tracking can't track other druids in bestial form, while hunters using beast tracking (I presume) can.
