ah i think ill go into feral for easy leveling then near endgame with raids and outland instances and fun like that ill respect to healer
ill go till 60 in feral then ill respect to resto

As long as your 61 feral build includes Mangle & Omen of Clarity you will do ok. The actual choice of the talents to get there is more to personal preference, although there are some that are better than others.

In the Feral build, I'd probably move two of the Thick Hide points to Brutal Impact and the two points in Improved Mark of the Wild to Naturalist. I'm not down on Imp. MotW in general, but if you don't have it maxed, you'd get the most value from being around somebody else who does while your points are helping you do extra damage.

The Restoration build could work, though it won't help you do much besides group heal (no emergency shift and bash/charge, pretty weak if you ever need to change roles on the fly), and Resto builds can often find room for points like those if they decide to focus on just heal-over-time.

The answer to your second question is Yes.

ok i dont know why i had them in imp MotW must of had a blonde moment -.- well i fixed it and im still debating on healer or tank
