Had some more questions about your build.
Im assuming that the additional threat from getting Sanctity and Imp. Sact. out weighs going all the way down in prot and getting AD, or having Sheild Specialization (on the next patch)?

Yes, the 10% extra damage and thus 10% extra aggro is the reason to take Sanctity Aura. Sanctity Aura costs no mana whatsoever, making a lot better for threat/mana than Avenger's Shield.
Avenger's Shield is also clumsy. In Heroics, I recently used a Hunter for CS a lot. Now if I would open with AW -> AS, that hunter has to go though a lot of strain to aggro his CCmob. Certainly not worth it.
My aggro is ok, atm, but I don't want to spend a lot of itemization on spell damage, to place my mitigation further behidn on Warriors. Therefor I'll try to get the max possible aggro from talents.
Shield Specialization provides maybe 60 Block Value. Let's say I'll gear up a bit and it'll provide 100 Block Value. Yeah, that's really gonna help me with mobs hitting me for 6-12k (far from uncommon on heroics).
