I was going to write some smart *** comment about Tim Hortons and Hockey, but my brain is tired, so you'll have to imagine I did, and that it was humorous too.

Then you'll have to imagine that I have any clue what you are talking about.

Or care.

Cough.

Even with Harmony being a self-buff, does it update HoTs that have been cast and not refreshed? With trinket procs and other buffs, you need to refresh your bleed/DoT/HoT for it to get the higher values for crit, haste, and healing/damage.

Never tested, but, from what I read, it updates.
So, if you have a HoT and then get the buff, it updates. If you get the buff then get the HoT, it will have the buff. If you have the HoT and the buff and the buff fall, it will drop the buff from the HoT.
But, again, I never tested to confirm this.

According to THIS POST on EJ's :-

Quote:
Any hots that are refreshed snapshot the current buffs and values at the time of cast. If you refresh a stack of 3 Lifeblooms after gaining Harmony then the entire stack is updated with your values (ie: harmony buff) at the time of refreshing.

Long story short is, casting 3 lifeblooms does x hps untill you refresh it. It then picks up whatever buffs you have on (spellpower, haste, etc... NOT CRIT, crit scales along as you you get it and updates your dots) and give it to the lifebloom.

So you need to refresh your HoTs for them to update to the Harmony buffed version.

ps. Sorry for so much WoW talk :)

Alright. I imagined you laughed and then rated me down out of spite for making you shoot coffee out your nose.

Now we are both happy. And using our imaginations. Which makes LeVar Burton happy!

This music video did not end the way I expected.

Good thing my blood pressure is almost non-existent to begin with.

The tree blurb made me lol.

And I didn't take the test. Having to manually keep track of my choices was too much work.

I've been trying to fix it by getting up earlier (which requires more coffee than usual). But I'm still not getting tired until 4-ish. It's not okay.

I'm up til 1am normally then get up by 7am. I go to bed earlier if my beer runs out.

lol, I'm absolutely useless without enough sleep, even with caffeine. It's weird, in highschool I would go to bed between 1 and 2 and need to get up at 6-6:30 for school, and somehow survived. Now? NO IDEA how I used to do that.

Especially the year when I had trig first period. I mean, who the hell made that schedule?

Oh, and I somehow just got a burst of energy, which sucks, because I was just about to get in bed. :/

I do that now and I'm older. I did a work/drink til 4am class at 8am for a few semesters in college. 1am to be at work ~8 is still doable for me but I do get a ~45min bus ride I can sleep through.

Part of me is wondering if I should just go ahead and deprive my self of sleep all week so I can force myself onto a rotating sleep schedule to maximize my REM sleep. But it would probably be a ***** to accommodate during the school year.

I've been on the 6 hours or less is enough program since I was a kid.
