Returning Player, Looking for RP!Follow

So I'm coming back to the game after a hiatus, and I'm bringing a friend with me! We're very interested in heavy RP, and while he gets the game all set up.. i'm doing research on where we can start! So I'm looking for a good RP LS, or free company. Any thoughts? Anyone recruiting? We're looking to be part of a good community.. not just a number for your stats. Yes, we're looking for almost a family feel.
