Michigan's passing a law requiring retailers to charge sales tax even if they don't have a physical presence Store, I guess.
Not sure when it would occur, or if it will be challenged as illegal (Congress, Interstate Commerce, I guess). Or if it will apply to digital goods (I haven't bothered reading into it in too much depth). But a 6% sales tax on Steam and Amazon will suck. Not sure what will happen with the various bundle sites, as many of them aren't US companies.
