Inception Research is a industrial corp based in Gallente space, and we are looking to recruit :-

Miners
Inventors
Builders
Traders

We are a laid back easy going corp, who do all things industrial we know that real life comes first.

What we would like to see in any potential members -

Mature attitude
Any Time Zone
Pilots who are self-sufficient
Players who can operate without needing the corp's leadership to provide ops 24/7. The corp intends to run regular ops but having some "get-up-and-go" is essential from recruits.

A leadership willing to listen to it's members wishes and dreams and who will attempt to accommodate them where possible
Relaxed atmosphere - we want to have fun and enjoy ourselves in-game and that goes for our corp mates too!
No forced ops! We might run corp ops but consider our member's time their own so will put no pressure on to attend corp ops
No set hours or days and no requirement to log in. While we would like our players to be active, our corp would be a good home for people who may not be able to log in every day for hours at a time due to RL.

We do not have corp tax as such but we do have a 20 miliion isk per month payment, this helps keep the pos's working and allows us to put up more pos's to benifit the corp and our members
