I am trying to make my accts but every time i try and type in my acct key, it says action time out or what it says, please try again. I have tried dozens of time, plus a few for my other acct, but with no luck. PLease help, ty
Do it through the SoE website, the ingame system stopped working some time ago.

how DO you do that? im going to be returning soon and dont want anything to stop me lol.

soe.com -> create a new account OR sign into an existing account -> click "My Account" -> click "Enter Activation Code" -> type in account key
you will not get the free 30 days new accounts get until you add a payment method. this is either entering a game card code, or entering credit/debit card information. if you do the credit/debit method, it will AUTOMATICALLY bill you every month until you cancel the subscription. cancelling your subscription will not deactivate your account immediately -- you will get all the time you have paid for (or got for the free trial)
p.s.
it told me i activated 2 or 3 things with my one account key (i think it said fronts and prefronts) but it also said something about getting my special in-game item. obviously SOE failed EQOA, and this just seems to be another failure. there is no in-game item.
(and if there is, i'll shoot you, call you a lair, and ask you how to get it.)
