Stupid launcher error from hell :: World of Warcraft

So i've wanted to play LOTRO for a while now and finally got around to downloading it. Once i click on the game icon, this launcher error pops up...

Make sure you have the most up to date Direct X, Video Card drivers, Sound card drivers, windows updates etc etc, also post your system specs.

Also you'll get alot more help on the actual turbine website than here, we're a pretty small community that post here, where as Turbine has devs that'll be able to help you more.

Well, i've finished downloading all the updates and still nothing. I ended up putting in a ticket at the turbine website. Thanks for your help Drulian!

Sorry can't be more help, but the few of us that frequent this board probably aren't as PC sauvy as the devs that answer the actual Turbine posts, I'd also post the pic in the tech forums here and see if someone has had the same issue, might be quicker than waiting on an official Turbine answer since it's the weekend.
