I actually like the Skritt the most. (!)
There are so many cool details on that mob's costume: The little rings, chains and jewelry; the tiny pouch. While the Kodan is certainly "cooler", I think the Skritt does an amazing job of looking like an individual - from an actual culture with its own history, personality, and goals.
After that I think the Kodan wins for pure coolness - it's just an amazing model overall, with great shaping and texture details. Most of the time I'm pretty unimpressed with the bear-man, but that Kodan won me over. :)
