Cosmetic ShouldersFollow

Hello, everyone.

I'm relatively new to LOTRO, but I keep seeing people with great looking wrap-around cloaks or shoulders. Instead of just looking like they're wearing capes, they appear to have real cloaks that wrap around and get clasped in the front. Can anyone recommend a good piece to use for such a cosmetic set?

Thanks!

Try the cosmetic item vendor in Bree, and the cloth vendor in Lonelands (the fort).

Many of the more detailed cosmetic items are rewards from the expansion pack content. Mines of Moria and Siege Of Mirkwood in particular introducted many nice items that can be used as a cosmetic, unfortunately there arent very many available for lower level characters because you actually have to be able to wear the item in question to use it as a cosmetic feature.

The in-game store has some really nice cloaks however, I'm not sure about shoulders but they do have cloaks. If it's your first time through the game and you're wary about spending money on turbine points, I would recommend saving any you acquire for quest packs or other content.

I think I know the look you want. Try on the light armor variations. Many of those look like the wrap-around collars. You might need to look at higher level 'yellow' items and not mere cosmetic ones sold at vendors.
