Ranger Skill (Long Bows/ Flat Bows): Deadly accuracy
Description: Bow attack that deals 200% damage and has +40% critical hit chance also interrupts an action and if an action is interrupted all of the targets offensive skills are disabled for 2-5 seconds.
Cast time: 2 sec
Cooldown: 2-5 min
Notes: Could be adapted to be an Elite preparation/self-enchantment utility skill that lasts 5-10 seconds but damage increase would have to be nerfed to around 120% damage increase or just a critical increase nothing else. Traits could increase the critical chance.
Idea: I went through about 5 different ideas before I decided to submit this one. I though "What kind of skill would be practical in a PvPvE setting". After watching gameplay from the demo I figured since there is no auto attack (actions happen only if you choose them) and rangers act as a physical, distance, sniping profession then they should have something that makes them a distance assassin. The best part about this skill is that it can be adapted to other classes (Air Elementalist (Electric surge (possible title)), Warrior w/ sword or dagger, or Necro w/ touch abilities). Just some thoughts

Elite Necromancer Skill
Name: Blood Control
Energy cost: 20
Activation: 3 seconds
Recharge: 30 seconds
Effect: Controls the blood of target foe and two adjacent foes near target. Will controled these foes will either hurt themselves or attack allies depending if their health is higher or lower than the caster's health. If health is higher than the caster's, these foes will do constant damage upon themselves(Damage is equal to the foes level). If health is lower than the caster's, these foes will attack their allies(Damage is equal to the foes level). Skill last for 15 seconds for both effects.
