Is this game even in alpha status yet? I only ask because it looks unreal,and I have been playing XIV but well need I say more about there problems.
Do we think this game will be a success and when do you think it might be out !

TERA is not officially in alpha yet, though they have had a few public focus group tests, I believe 2 so far. You could consider these like small alpha programs. I'd also mention that it seems like En Masse and Blue Hole have really been doing a good job at listening to their testers. They have announced quite a few changed based solely on the responses to these testing phases, including adding hundreds of new equipment and gear items (c'mon we all love loot).
For now TERA is slated to be released sometime in 2011, but it not being in beta at the moment makes getting anymore specific than that impossible. I personally believe it will be a success...erm it couldn't be as bad as XIV....

Correction. The NA/EU version is not in alpha/beta yet. The Korean version is in closed beta and is suppose to be going into open beta next month. The NA/EU version will have a 3rd FGT running soon but no date has been given. They also stated there will be a more formal closed beta and possible open beta but thats probably a few months away.
As far as how well will it do, only time will tell. I was in the last FGT and I also played it at PAX. While NDA prevents me from saying specifics I can tell you I havent had a more enjoyable time in an MMO since the original EQ.

I'm glad to hear that WarpCode. I'm looking forward to getting my hands on this game as soon as possible and am looking forwards to the announcement of the FG3 and closed beta. I've played too many MMO's to count and at this point I could go the rest of my life without seeing another WoW clone or WoW like combat system.

FGT 3 should be sometime this December after the Recipe contest closes.
If TERA continues on its current path, NA release should be March/April, EU is a little behind that from what I've heard, due to some of the language translation issues.
There are a lot of nay-sayers who claim Q3/Q4 release for TERA... right now that appears to be highly unlikely. :D
April would surely make me happy however it would surprise me. I'll hold out my hope until I hear more details.

I hope it gets released during Q2 the latest, i can't wait D: and i think i watched all the YouTube videos :'[
