Hi new to SWG so just need a little help please,
I got SWG on Steam and have logged in and played for a while.
I have set up my payment plan and it says that i have everything sorted but i cant work out how to get the in game items like the mounts and bunker.
I only have 1 cd key to enter so cant add a key to get items etc.
I did check in game mail just incase but just had the norm gold selling lol.

Any help welcome please..

You should see the claims menu come up when you log in alternatively you can type /claim to bring it up, once you have it just select the rewards you want to claim and follow the prompts at which point you will get a deed in your backpack for the item.

Keep in mind that the rewards AFAIK are 1 per account.
