Anyone know if there is any type of Scuba gear or underwater gear that helps you breathe or gives longer breathe I really want to go further in this underwater cave but cant QQ.
IIRC there has never been scuba gear in any Fallout game, ever.

Nope. In the broken bow of Rivet City in F3 they had little air pockets so you didn't die. Unless the mirelurks got you, that is.

If you go see the Boomer at Nellis airfield, one of the quest you get from them requires that you dive in Lake mead and they will give you a device to breath underwater.

If you have a high enough skill, you don't have to get the pressure cooker to make it.
I suggest getting it relatively early. Seems a lot of areas have an underwater section, and it really takes the stress off not to have the breath timer.
