They destroyed the game.Follow

Today I tried to login. The screen said I was number 1595 in queue and the wait time would be about two hours. Yesterday, I logged in but couldn't move my characters because I don't belong to a fellowship. I've reported problems about my storage and furnishings in my personal house sometimes being there, more likely not, and a problem with a quest, only to be told by "support" that they couldn't help me because I wasn't online when they got to my ticket, and to please report the issues again for more of the same. (Edit.) The queue problem has been corrected, and the layer issue rarely occurs now though sometimes still I enter my personal house and storage and decorations are missing. LOTRO is a lot of fun to play.

Oh and I forgot to add that after I posted a negative report in the LOTRO forums I find now that I can't post there anymore because "I don't have a subscription". I'm a paying VIP player and would have continued to be if they hadn't shown such disregard for their paying customers. Free to play is a con besides. Maybe their days are numbered. Guild Wars II anyone?

Are you actually a VIP, or you were one?

I find your tone and in fact the whole vibe of your post(s) are a bit strident... maybe even bordering on panic!

You come to these forums and spend your very first post ************ return almost immediately and instead of editing your post to add an additional complaint, you create a 2nd post in your thread.

That said, I am totally unimpressed by the changes Turbine has made to the game in the name of "improvements".

For example, I find the new bank vault an even bigger mess than the old one was and IMHO, they even managed to "ugly up" what was once a clean, streamlined and attractive log in screen!

As for your situation, if you feel playing guild wars (or any other game for that matter) will make you happy, then goodbye and good luck.

The game isn't broke, it was just a much more complicated than average content launch weekend.

There will be issues for the first couple weeks, which is normal.

That said, the new vault sucks. It kind of reminds me of the guild bank in EQ when it was first put in. At least with the EQ one we knew it would be worked on at some point. This is supposed to be the "new and improved" vault for LotRO. Somehow the dev team thought this "view no more than 12 items at a time" thing was better? Really? How?

I dig the new zone but dislike the reduced aggro radius. It's way too easy to dodge mobs now and takes a lot of the excitement of exploring away. I dislike the front-and-center constant presence of the store, but it looks like UI modding will soon help with that.

The /spin emote is really good.

First, I doubt seriously he is a VIP member as all VIPs go to the front of the queue and the ONLY time I have been in the queue I was #237 and waited <20 minutes. 2 hour waits are for froobs.

Second, the "You're subscription has expired" message is not just him. Certain forums in the new forums are telling lots of people they are not active. I got it myself. In other forums I can post just fine. It's a bug and I reported it.
