i just got another question for you: are all classes/ races movement speeds the same? if not how do they compare to each other? who's fastest/ slowest?

There is no race movement difference, but there is however a difference based on class;
Fastest: 120 movement speed - Warrior
Mid-Range: 110 movement speed - Slayer, Archer, Sorcerer, Mystic, Priest
Slowest: 105 movement speed - Lancer & Berserker

Please make a MMO that does not suck!
from what i have seen this game looks amazing and there are no mmo out there right now that don't suck or are so old they no make no sense to play!

Well none of us here are in charge of that sadly...
But TERA doesn't look like it will suck. I've been following it for quite some time now, and there isn't really much to object to so far.

I have a question about PvP servers. Will there be factions in the game, or will you just be able to attack anyone and fight?

There are no factions, PvP is based around guild vs. guild politics/the Political System in general.
PvP Servers are apparently going to be Open World PvP
