I just started to very casually play Aion the other day. I had installed it when it first came out but my server was so crowded in the first town that I went on to other things and now back to it.

One important question for me is......'will there be quests in the higher levels and how soloable are the levels'. Other than that not much to ask so far except where is the weapons and leather vendor in the very first town (noob area)?

Yes there will be quests higher level. The vast majority of quests are soloable. There's quite a few group missions and group quests though. All levels are soloable.
