Those are good, I just stick to my scout blaster, it does somethin like 80-160,good enough to get me up the pistol tree for master marks

i have a 339, 1.7 republic blaster. with a speed power-up it drops to 1.1 spd, which makes for a 308 dmg/s rating. i have yet to see anything better. (except for that scatter mentioned above, it would be 430 dmg/s which is insane)

I use the featherweight FWG5 pistol. Not as powerful as a republic blaster, but it is quicker, does heat damage and has mods for dodge, accuracy and counterattack +5. Plus, the SAC costs are lower so I can spam body shot all day long with no noticible HAM reductions. I love it. I'm primarily a rifleman, but I like having a backup. Plus, I went far enough on the pistoleer tree to get point blank shot 2... if they start to roll up, I shoot them in the face with my T21 using PBS 2 then break out the pistol and cap him with that. (If hunting creatures, I'll have hit them with a glo wire trap by that point.) On tougher missions or hunts, I use a power upgrade on the FWG5 and a speed upgrade on my rifle.
