Not sure what u mean its expensive aside from getting the network connector ($40) the server fees are the same. The Pc I have to say i have never played(eqpc)it but from what i have heard they play very different and if you have and old Pc I'm sure you don't have a nice 21" monitor (insertTv). I think the Ps2 version plays and looks very good and handles dial up as well as if not better than the computer. Anyway where do you start with the pc version i've seen like ten different box's for the Pc at the store and i know which one to play, on the Ps2 It's frontiers !!!!! good luck C you soon .

I just got through playing Eqpc for a month and I tell you what, it sucked... Besides the fact that its 12.95 a month as aposed to the 9.99 a month of frontiers, it blows chunks when you die. Having to run out to your body before some one else loots it is no fun, and many times you would lose your group cause they didnt want to go back and get it. Granted their are alot of idiots on EQOA there seem to be more on the PC version. With frontiers a larger majority of the people are willing to help I think it is a by far better investment then the PC version.

I am pleased you choose frontiers. It always nice to get another into the eqoa world. And good choice on char. I enjoy having rangers in my groups, they do sufficient damage and hardly ever take agro. never have anything to complain about when running with one 8-).
