Time to share loot?
Dark Souls: Prepare to Die edition ($5.99)
Don't Starve ($5.09)
Long Live The Queen ($4.98 - bought from their website when it failed to get the Community Vote, as the company said "Eff that noise" and lowered the price for the duration of the Steam Winter Sale... it later became a Flash Sale for $4.99)
Spelunky ($3.74)
XCOM: Enemy Within ($20, but I bought it for a friend for Christmas. He had gifted it to me for my birthday when it was $30
)
Also made probably around $7-8 in credit from trading card sales. Not too bad. Don't Starve has captured my attention more than any game since Minecraft (one of those games where I can literally lose track of time and have hours slip by unnoticed), and XCOM is fantastic (I got Enemy Unknown about a month ago, and Enemy Within just adds more strategy to it). Dark Souls sounds brutal, and like it may consume me for hundreds of hours... or make me get frustrated and quit. Long Live The Queen isn't bad, but I only put a couple of hours into it before making it all the way to the end (third playthrough), and that decreased my motivation to play it as much. Spelunky may be superfluous since I have Rogue Legacy already, but I've heard only good things about it, and it was super cheap, so why not?
Ones I debated getting:
Bioshock Season Pass: Never saw it go on sale
The Walking Dead Season 2: It went on sale, but only for 25% off. That's not terrible, but there are still several episodes to be released later, and I'm sure it'll go even lower in the future (and then I can play everything at once)
Starbound: Honestly surprised I didn't see this go on sale, but I guess it already has great sales at $15. I might have paid $10. Oh well.
You Need a Budget: Debating buying this, but I already have a good handle on my finances. It's not a game, but was available on Steam for $15 (about 75% off) and comes highly recommended.
