What kind of leadership skills do i need i mean come on it isnt that hard
Really? Most successful raids take down IoD, PoS, Naggy, Vox, the Twins, Cazic, ect. Think you can get enough people to join your lvl 10 ***, and then lead them with no leadership skills and take those guys down? Not as easy as you think. I have lead multiple guilds, none of which got anywhere, mostly because they were allakhazam alt guilds, but it is not as easy as you think.

You dont even have the leadership skills to start a guild yet you made one.
You need to choose masters elders officers who can lead in your absence who can control the crowd. You need to know how this game works, all the quests the zones, where each mob is. You are supposed to be the one people go to when they have questions yet you cant even answer your own simple ones. Being a guild master takes alot of work and skill which is learned and earned or people will laugh at you like we are. People are not going to stay in a guild where they dont know you and definitly one who's main is a level 10 who should be 11 already but hasnt done the 10 quest

It wont work you dont have the understanding of the game like the rest of your life it's a solo gig for you.
And as for joining another guild whats the point you will get booted if you act the way you have here. They dont want whiny *** ****** nuts who all they want is help and have nothing to offer anybody else. Greatest of guilds will boot anybody who is like that your a useless waste of space that could be used for somebody who will actually contribute to the guild.

You wasted hours that could of been used productivly in the bathroom with your moms tampon phamplet spreading your seed all over the tile floor what a waste.
