Monday morning here! How did you do?

WOW: I didn't get to check out any of the new stuff, but I did manage to push the Shaman to 90. Barely. I made a late night of it and logged off when I dinged.

RL: Pink was in great form. Her new shop has better tables and she is able to do more tui na. She has been using me as a training dummy, my back and shoulder feel better than they have in months. Her idea of taking a break was to go to the restaurant next door and teach them new dishes. Good times!

Your turn, let's hear some tales.

I also got http://www.wowhead.com/item=98145/self-effacing-boots#comments for my rogue. may try and get hunter equivelant this week but will see. Also opened up the weekly for the barrens so again may look at that this week.

RL: I haven't made any plans. I live in a shore town, so there's going to be a ton of traffic today and Sunday/Monday, so I'm mostly stuck here. Might do something with local friends though.

Gaming: Playing TOR - just casual leveling. Besides EVE, that's probably it. I suppose I have the goal of getting the affection for my two 50s' companions up to cap, so that I can get the legacy bonuses from them. In EVE, I don't have any short term goals. Those will be to continue make ISK and move towards my long term goals of moving up into a mining barge from my frigate, and increase my freighting skills/loadout.

RL: As expected, I went nowhere. And today, going north would be completely impossible, due to everyone heading back home. Mostly just read or played vidja games.

Gaming: Finished my Knight and Consular stuff - affection to cap, stories completed. Didn't do much in EVE, but I'm about ready to move up into a mining barge from my frigate.

RL:
Went out of town to celebrate the 30th birthday of a friend. Was a great night with lots of guests and drinks and foods.

WoW:
Tried to get the Crumbling Hall step from this [cuss]. Already have the other step and finally the right quest was up. Did it together with two guildies. When I turned the quest in I had checked the "What happened to me" tab of the combat log multiple times as well as being really careful when doing the whole thing. I'm 100% sure I did not get any damage from any source between accepting the Quest and finishing it. Didn't get the achivement though and, as expected, didn't get any help from the Customer Service.
If this was an ordinary achievement I would've just shrugged it off and not opened a ticket. But this quest is only available once in a blue moon, you have to complete almost ALL Golden Lotus dailies on any given day to even know if it is up and then the quest itself is so F'ING annoying! At least when you can't take damage from anything. Whoever came up with this is an incredibly horrible game designer and also a bad person.

Did a bit of Pet PvPing and although the system is much improved with 5.3, many battles still do not get decided by tactics or team setup but by luck.

RL - missed goals thread because wife was sick (still) and stayed at home to play murse. Had a rather sad event occur (someone tossed out a kitten out of a moving car in front of my wife, tried to care for it but it was tore up inside and after an emergecy vet visit they had to put it to sleep) so recovered from that by adopting a kitten from a local shelter. Cooked out a little and went fishing, but no luck on the lakes. Spent most of the weekend taking care of plants, watching movies (Star Trek was awesome!), and playing GW 2.

Game - got about 10 levels on my main character (warrior) and 5 or so on my alt (ranger). The game is actually pretty fast at leveling the higher up you get. Once you break into higher levels of crafting the xp really adds up. Mostly just crafted and did a lot of gathering for said crafting.

Got some time in game Friday nite and Saturday, in between cutting the grass at my house and then at my parent's house. Hate the smell of cut grass, and my heretofore mild allergies decided to attack. So, Sunday morning and afternoon was spent inside, questing in Pandaria and getting my S/Priest to the Valley where I can start cooking and farming. Yay... lol.
Gf came back Sunday nite weighted down with a ton of stuff she bought, and we spent most of yesterday at my brothers eating barbecue and other good stuff. Am still stuffed.

Long weekend for me! My plans this weekend are easy: cap valor on my mage, and finish watching FMA: Brotherhood. Currently sitting at 860/1000 valor and episode 59/64 for FMA, so doing pretty well. Managed to do the Battlefield: Barrens weekly on both the druid and the mage; for druid it was just unfair, being able to fly around and loot resources without having to land and fight. Still getting used to life as a mage; did my first heroic last night and felt like it went pretty well. Tempted to try raiding... we'll see.

Valor capped both toons; knocked out about 500 VP on my druid between Sunday and Monday. Goes pretty quick once you have the 50% buff!

Never got around to raiding, however.

RL: Going to see a movie and grab dinner with friends tomorrow. Ate too much last night (a common result from shopping and going "ooooo, look at all the food I bought! What should I eat first? How about... ALL THE THINGS!"), and wound up with a terrible stomachache this morning. After praying to the porcelain goddess, my face looks like hell, and I slept in until almost 11 this morning. Sorta wasted the day.

Recovered quite well on Monday and had a great time with friends. Going to be eating well this week, as the girlfriend comes to visit this weekend and my diet will likely go to hell again Smiley: grin

I reactivated WoW. I guess there's some new stuff to check out. I hadn't done much in Mists before stopping, aside from hitting 90 on DK and just getting into LFR. I plateaued at the first two LFR runs (ilvl 465 i think), never getting any gear drops and being unable to get my item level up to unlock more LFR runs. One of these days I'll sit down and look at the best way to improve my ilvl.

Edit: Apparently I didn't pay attention to anything before, since I didn't know you could upgrade gear from heroics. I just need to replace my 450 boots with a 463 and upgrade them, and I'll be able to do more LFR, so that's cool.

Also, I'm kind of bummed that the guys I was playing with before my break are all deployed. :/
