Weekend Goals (10 May 13)Follow

I miss winter already... ugh.

I need to start getting the ACs ready (they seriously need cleaned out) so that they can be installed within a week or two as temperatures are already climbing to unpleasant levels.

Sadly, we don't have the money for central air (we live in a 1970s mobile home, so the insulation isn't good enough for that anyways), so we have to fit 2-3 rooms with ACs and just stay in there during the hot months.

Thankfully, it has rained the last few days which allows me to keep my window open and NOT get eaten alive by bugs, but how long that will last, I have no idea....

In WoW, meh. I plant crops every day, do my daily craft cooldowns every day... do the occasional set of dailies or LFR.. otherwise haven't been doing all that much in WoW which is why I haven't really been posting on the "goals" Threads...

RL: Absolutely nothing. Celebrating Mother's Day on Sunday, but otherwise it's going to be boring. Friends are all elsewhere. I sent my mom a bouquet of lilies in a French Flower bucket, but I feel like I should get her something else. And my sister's birthday is this weekend, too. So I need to get her gift - thinking something for their new apartment, as they'll be moving next month...

My OTHER sister's birthday is this month too. Dammit...

Anyway, besides that, I'll be reading a lot. Trying to decide what to read next right now. I'm leaning towards Robin Hobb's Assassin's Apprentice or Brent Weeks' The Way of Shadows.

Gaming: While reading, I'll mine in EVE. I get to stay at the PC, in case some threat comes along (and to drop my ore back at a starbase, switch asteroids, etc.), but otherwise it's not distracting, and I don't have to be bored like solo mining gets to be.

I also downloaded Morrowind. And have been thinking about a Dragon Age replay. So, any dedicated gaming time will likely be one of those.
