Another Stab at a Warcraft Movie.Follow

How goes it fellow Azeroth adventures? I hope your adventures have been bountiful and filled with great treasures. Fights that spawn legends from which tales will spread for centuries to come. And friendships that will spread across expansions.

(I was doing that to sound slightly interesting seeing as I don't come out of lurking much, but now it seems a strange. Like, spammy, advertisement, slime. Well rest assured! It's Not! I just thought you all might want to here about it.)

I wasn't sure if anyone has mentioned it around here yet. I didn't see any threads about it. Or to put it or the Movie section but I figured this would be the best spot for it.

"Despite Blizzard's extremely poor PR support for a Warcraft movie, Legendary Entertainment continues to include mentions of their involvement with the Warcraft franchise in the standard boilerplate description of their company into mid 2012.[6] In late January 2013, some hope was renewed when Moon and Source Code director, Duncan Jones, was signed to direct the film.[1]Supposedly Activision-Blizzard's CEO, Bobby Kotick, still supports the making of the film.[7] However, a general statement by Kotick to the New York Times about making movies out of game franchises could indicate that no properties of the company will ever be made into movies as long as he heads the company.[8]"
