Guess who's back... Back again....
Logged on today for the first time since October of 2010.

Walking around Orgrimmar lost as a level one. Decked out in BiS... For an 80. I feel ancient. Abilities I've never heard of, places, items, the list is endless. I'm not even sure what attack I should primarily use as a combat rogue now.
It's nice to play again, leveling and exploring was always the most fun for me. My raiding days are over, but now I have five 80's to level, that'll take me years.
No real point to this post, just an old cranky player feeling all nostalgic, /wave to any familiar peeps, not even sure who's around on Zam either, been a long time lol.

I quit about the same time you did and have been back a couple months. It comes back pretty quickly. We don't have pandas yet but they are coming Kung Fu Pandas even.

I just now learned about the new rez scroll, after activating my account, getting a trial of Cata, leveling to 81 then not being able to ding.

As others have mentioned, Mysts of Pandaria is the next expansion. Blizzard is having a press event this week, so we will hear a lot more details next week when the NDA is lifted. Here is the new info so far:

In case you didn't know, MoP is Mists of Pandaria... The upcoming expansion that include the Pandarian (Panda) race and the monk class.

Mentalfrog will return eventually... well I keep telling myself that because I sort of want him to play a panda on my server and be an *** to everyone so I can watch.
Interesting side note, MoP press release information is coming out on the 19th. So be prepared to be flooded with even more information next week about the new expansion.

First of all, thanks for the welcome, secondly, I have an 80 Paladin, I stopped after killing LK and getting my Icebound mount.
Third, who in great googely moogely are you? The Maz I know had a blue name... and like 25k posts, I see the ghost title, but I am skeptical of this green business.

Raiding is over rated anyway, all the cool people are casual.
Besides you don't miss much. Apparently Thrall shoots down the dragon with a giant laser beam; you punch him in the face when he's down, rip off a couple of scales, and get yourself a fancy title.

Aethien is green too and Xsarus is orange.

I basically copied a rogue in my guild for talents. From 80-81 my rotation basically goes Cheapshot opener unless I just wade in and start swinging. Then I SS to 4 CP and get SnD going. Then I SS for more CP, only using relentless strike or w/e it's called if the mob has enough HP to need a 4-5 point eviscerate. If it dies with combo points on it, I pop recuperate and repeat.
Haven't died yet, even on a bad 5 mob pull, elites also seem easier than their WotLK counterparts.
PS: HAI Morg and Teacake!
Don't forget to make sure you blade flurry is on too. That's a change where you don't have to refresh anymore as it's a constant buff. (like Righteous Fury, etc)
