by the looks of it this PC should run wow just fine. the big thing you have to look for is the graphics card since the ram is more then enough. if its just the built in graphics card then you might or might not be able to run it at wows highest possible graphic settings. depending on how much your willing to spend you could always upgrade the card once you buy it.

HP's site gives a few more specs.

Of note are:

Quote:
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD Integrated graphics (DX10.1)

*Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.

Either integrated graphics or the PCI Express x16 slot are usable at one time; they are not usable concurrently.

Use of both the DVI and the VGA ports at the same time is supported.

and

Quote:
Power Supply

Internal 300W (100V-240V)
Form factor: Internal ATX
Total wattage: 300W

Nominal input voltage range:
100-127V/6A (50-60Hz)
200-240V/3A (50-60Hz)
Dimensions: 150mm x 140mm x 86mm (5.9 x 5.5 x 3.4 inches)

I've played on HP before and had good luck, but if you are going to be adding a video card in the future, you may want to consider alternatives with a bit larger power supply.

In Pre-Built pc's, check those that advertise as "gaming pc", and you will usually come away with more capacity on the video card and Power Supply. It doesn't have to be super expensive, but it is something to consider.

You shouldn't have any issues running the game on highest settings, but be aware that the number of players present at your location can cause your computer's performance to drop like a rock. I'm getting 100-ish FPS at max (ultra?) settings when I'm out doing my thing in whatever zone, but the moment I head into Ogrimmar on a busy night, it'll drop to around 20. If a guild just finished the raid that triggers the huge apparition of the blue dragon, my FPS has a tendency to go kill itself. People like to mount their favorite big *** dragon when that event occurs, which means the computer has to not only render everyone in Orgrimmar, but also their big *** dragon mount.

Don't do ultra settings and get disappointed when your game turns into a slideshow in Orgrimmar or Stormwind. You'd need a mother of a computer to not get choppiness in Orgrimmar/Stormwind on ultra graphics settings. Ultra settings just means more polished textures and more **** rendered per area. The game was never built to run ultra setting, previously only available when you used console commands or edited the config file. Blizzard just allowed people to do the console trick from within the game, but the engine hasn't been optimized to handle it, and with multiple players present the issue compounds.
