Dungeon Finder QuestionFollow

From time to time in the random finder a tank or healer will drop from the group for whatever reason. So usually when this happens I will just click the role of the tank or healer missing because I dont really mind what role I do as long as the instance is finished, but I found latley that when I queue myself as all 3 roles in the group to fill out the missing member that had dropped the finder will never pull in a dps it always leaves us in there even if I unclick my dps role. Is this a recent change they have made to the system? Also did they change the ability to invite someone from your realm if a member drops? I will always get the message that I can not invite someone in a random group finder. Also to note all of these problems have been with instances between the levels of 15-80 for me, I havent had the problem occur in the 85's yet. I know all the pre 80 instances can easily be done with 4 people but we always do the entire thing with about 20 min in the queue still sometimes looking for a dps since I have clicked the other roles. In some cases with me queued as tank we clear the entire thing about and a tank comes into the group regardless of me not having the dps role checked. It's just very odd because I have never seen this happen before.

When the member drops I take us out of the queue and then click tank and healer instead of just letting it find someone else right away because then I'm sure it will tag me as only dps. But since I drop us from it and requeue as only tank or healer I dont understand why it wont let us find a replacement dps. It has always worked in the past so I'm just not understanding why it wont anymore.
