So I have been working on it for a while now, and finally got my 9000 acheivement point feet of strenght on my main character.
Gratz!! Setting goals to achieve are, to me, one of the most fun parts of the game. Well done!

WoW - Plan to get the goblin pet on my main and "maybe" have time to get it on an alt.
Done! And much less time-consuming than I had imagined. I actually obtained two of "Peddlefeet" (two "Peddlefeets?") on my main, one for me and one to perhaps sell as well as one for my Horde alt. Speaking of that alt, she went to the barbershop while in Org and got quite a makeover.
Continued my current quest line on my main and am now in Shattrath where one chooses a faction. (I didn't realize I didn't necessarily *have* to choose a faction, but I did.) That will be my new "home" for a time. With a bank and AH in such close proximity to each other, I took the time to do much-needed weeding out of my bank, put a lot of items on the AH, and organized gear for possible transmorging.
As a side note: Among the many guild invitations I received this weekend, one was "notable" for "How not to respond to a potential new invitee." I always respond to guild invitations politely with, "Thank you for asking but I am not seeking a guild atm" with a smiley emoticon at the end. Sometimes there is no further comment to this but usually I get a response that thanks me for responding and to have fun adventuring. I responded to this particular invitation the same way I always do and received this response: "Suit yourself. Have a nice day." Errrrrrrrr...*if* I ever thought I'd like to join that guild in the future...a snippy response like that killed that idea.
RL - Ran some needed errands; purchased a few more items for the "newish" apartment; bought a Station Pass for EQ so I can complete a goal I set for myself; and did my grocery shopping.
