what came first questFollow

i am doing the which came first? quest.
i am having great difficulty getting the pro to-nether drake essence.
i have the others but don't know how to get that one!
your help appreciated

if that's the quest in blades edge mountain you have to keep using your transformation thing until it turns into the one you want.
