BRD maybe? Do the endlessly respawning guys in the torch room drop them? A few runs through there might do it if that works.

I've done this quest on many alts of varying levels but normally I just do it through normal questing. I usually can finish it in a few hours of questing especially if I make a point of killing everything on the way to and back from quest areas.

This week you could try doing the Crown Chemical mobs appropriate to your level as they do respawn pretty quickly but that only helps you for this month. I would say if you just want to grind mobs, there should be places in every zone that have enough mobs close enough together to let you kill continuously. For 'endless stream' spawning mobs, you will probably not find those at all levels since they tend to be in instances or during specific quests.
