378 Heroics Staff or the 390 LFR StaffFollow

Last night, I won the 390 LFR Staff that drops off of DK, but I'm not sure how good it is relative to the other 2H weapons I have. (Mage)

This is my Fire-Spec weapon because of the haste.

This is my Arcane-Spec weapon because it has more Mastery.

This is my newest upgrade. It has way more Spell Power, but it's haste is a Proc... Now because it's a haste based staff - I'm assuming it was meant for Fire-Spec.

Does anyone have any advice on how to approach these? I looked on WoWhead and the reviews seem mixed. It is also hard to evaluate spell power (and even more so when the secondary stat on the weapon is a Proc which appears to have a 45 second ICD.... Oh and even more so when the proc buffs 3 other players.)

*386 gear (Full set of Valor, 1pc Tier= Legs). Main spec is Arcane. Considering fire...

Pretty much how things have been working out. The staff is a bit bitter if you're a class that really values haste, mostly DoT classes, but ilvl and the extra int that brings is really the only thing keeping it comparable to other weapons from the raid.

All in all, it's excellent if it's a significant tier jump, like 378 to 390, but compare it to any weapon from normal DS (391) and it falls flat.
