Thank you Rhode for making the Gioals thread. The computer is working fine, I just didn't go into work on Friday and I forgot to log on from home and post the thread.

Since I didn't have any goals, I'll leave it up to you guys to post how you did.

I did ding to 85 on the one character, and then was bored so jumped onto my lowest level character and started working... Realized how woefully inadequate some of the equipped gear was so went AH shopping, scored a level 29 weapon for 4 gold which was impressive and a laughable score while I was raking in 2500 gold worth of sales of gear I had previously collected planning to use while leveling my up and coming characters but didn't need.

I'll be going through the rest of the stuff soon, my banks got out of order while I was just trying to find places to store stuff rather than in the mail so my tailoring bank page has food on it, the enchanting page in another guild got engineering junk. I need to get in there and clean up. With the prices I got on the AH (only 3 of the 50 sales got returned btw) I'm quite likely to complete the purge other than profession mats.

All in all I didn't get much play time, I didn't quite ding the personal guild but will do so this week, maybe in a couple hours when I actually log in and start leveling the 82.... and the lack of play time was...

due to RL..

RL. Friday was a birthday party, saturday was game night and I brought ribs for the dinner and, yesterday was another game-day with the other side of the family. Quite fun I'm pretty well convinced to try board-games again due to the games we played. (Risk, Monopoly and Life were all fun occasional games growing up but the static board to play on was.... a nuisance.... Settlers, Civilization and ... Carcazone? Something like that all had very unique set ups that would vary every time the game was played making it much more entertaining.

Even better, just logged in and collected more money from the auctions.... and

a blue quality level 29 weapon that cost me a whopping 2 silver... love when folks put auctions up with an insanely low starting price :)

Glad to hear things are OK.

WOW: I managed to get a couple of levels on the Hunter (just dinged 83), but didn't really have a chance to play with any degree of focus.

RL: Ow. I got waylaid by two of the fluffy ones on successive days. Fun, but some of the bruising is a bit uncomfortable today and several sets of muscles would like to have harsh words with me.

One of the best things about Spring Festival is having old friends check in. I heard from all but one of the daughters and the missing one had already warned me she would be out of contact. I also heard from students going back more than a decade. Yay!

I didn't really have time to cook and saved the wine for later. On the other hand, dinner at the XiBei place was fun.

Spent a lot of time working on WoW but not online. Decided my hunter should have been doing a lot more damage, so I spent a bunch of time reading and asking questions, swapping out one spec for another, then rethinking my attack rotation. Ran a couple of Cata basic dungeons to evaluate results then did some grinding on fishing and cooking dailies and a couple more rounds at the AT.

Took my young rogue out for a couple of session that sent him from L21 to L24.

I don't have too many firm plans this weekend. I will do my usual 'dailies' consisting of transmutes and other cooldown related things. I will probably do Ulduar on Saturday night to help more people out with getting their drakes.

Saw some people get drakes. I think I might have gotten an achievement somewhere along the way.

I'd like to put some levels on some alts and maybe drag them through a dungeon or two.

I didn't really do this. I think my Goblin Warlock got a level from visiting elders on Sunday.

I'd like to get some time in on my non-wow games.

I played Morrowind for many hours on Saturday. I started a fresh character so that I could try to level more efficiently.

I plan on driving out to visit family on Sunday as usual unless it rains a lot (someone told me we're supposed to get rain this weekend).

Rain Saturday and rain on Monday so Sunday it was nice enough to make the drive. Saturday's rain was enough to get the roof leaking though so we need to get someone out to look at it. *sighs*

I didn't know until someone told me that they added a new pet to get for the Lunar Festival in WoW. I wasn't planning on doing much with the elders but with a pet to be gotten, I ended up spending hours getting it on my main and several alts. My one big gripe is that there are a few places in the 'lowbie' areas that even if you are 60+ with a flyer, you still can't do the elders unless you have someone else to draw the fire of the level 85 guards that spawn if you get within 20 feet of a vendor. *sighs* I can understand the high level guards in the starter areas and even vendors who get attacked summoning guards but when I'm high enough level that even level 60 mobs ignore me unless I walk right up into melee range, then I shouldn't be getting one-shot out of the sky by skull level Sentinals who weren't there a second ago. That being said, I wasn't able to complete the achievements for Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms on my Goblin Warlock so she won't be able to get enough coins for the pet this year and neither will my other level 60-80 alts. :/
