How do I pick up this questFollow

The other night, very late, I got involved in the l85 bonds of doubt quest. I played it wrong and after getting killed twice, exhaustion forced me to just quit for the night. I tried to pick to up today, but I don't have the point counter needed for completion. I then aborted the quest, figuring to just pick it up again - except I haven't been able to do so, either at the original site om Nordrasil or tat the throne of the winds. The quest giver is there but does not respond.

Is there any way to go back and pick this one up again?

I had this happen to me. I was doing it on my DK, died and no longer got any credit for killing the elemental guys, so I dropped it and tried to pick it back up from Aggra. If you're up on the Throne of the Four Winds area already, Aggra won't have the quest. You have to fly back down (south eastish for a while along the coast) back to the big whirlwind/wind elemental that gave you the quest and flew you up to the Throne of the Four Winds area. That wind elemental has the quest.
