The last weekend before Christmas is behind us. I've got all my shopping done except for stopping at Best Buy on the way home tonight to get a wireless router for my mom. I hope everybody else is having a relatively stress-free holiday season. Let's see how we did on our goals.

I didn't even get the chance to log into WoW this weekend. Between shopping, visitng family, and Skyrim, WoW got relagated to an afterthought.

On the real life side, got my shopping done and had a great time with my family. I also got in a few hours of Skyrim. Man that game is amazing for a single-player RPG.

WOW: In the end I made somewhere around 5000 selling eggs and milk. I pushed the Alliance druid to 82+60% and made 52 on the hunter.

RL: Ouch. There were excesses.

RL - spent most of the weekend relaxing, had some surgery recovery issues but was told they were NORMAL and expected... yikes.

WOW - DID manage to push my priest to 85 AND got enough embersilk from her questing AND due to her being my holder of volatiles that I pushed tailoring to 525. Other than that I just couldn't manage to sit at the computer so my other characters failed to get any love besides the 1200 spent in AH mats to make 12K thanks to the silly undercutting, undercut by a silver or a copper, the item still sells as you come up first. But when you drop an item from 70G a stack before the weekend to 15G through the weekend sure I'll buy it up and sell it at 69G a stack when the market returns to normal :)
Stuck though with my completionist tendencies, there's a quest in Uldum that is bugged (Pit of ... something) to rescue one of the guys involved in the conference, I keep getting invisi crocks on me and none of my friends were on to help DPS so he killed me numerous times, 15 quests from zone achievement.
Will have to look at tailoring patterns though because the priest had nothing but PVP gear waiting for the 85 ding. I overlooked something in that push.

WoW:

- Downed the last 2 standing bosses in Dragon Soul with my guild and used the raidfinder to get the first 4 again in hopes of the token for t13 trousers and/or shoulderthingy. The trousers dropped 2 times and I lost both rolls. Meh... :(
- Got nearly all Naxx25 Achievements. Since my character is only a bit over a year old I'm running old content like crazy.
- Made over 1k gold which for me is quite good since I don't play the AH.

RL:

- Spent a lot of money for booze this weekend. Waking up on sunday morning was excrutiating. But had a lot of fun so totally worth it.

Other:

- Got my new Sorc in D2 through normal. Yay Smiley: lol

I think we're going to try getting together an Ulduar 25 group again this Saturday night. Last week the group kept failing at Flame Leviathan because too many people didn't know the fight and weren't good at following directions. *sighs*

Didn't have enough people either because the leader scared them away with his insistence on them learning the fight or because of it being closer to Christmas.

Sunday night I might get into the second part of Dragon Soul with my guild's main raiding group. I ran with them on Tuesday (despite my gear being barely qualified for the raid finder version) and actually did respectable dps. We cleared 6/8 that night so if I can get home early enough on Sunday (and if they have a spot) then they would like mt to come.

We were missing a healer and they didn't want to pug it so they're going to try again tonight.

I'd like to see the third of the new heroics as well as try out the LFR version of Dragon Soul.

I didn't try the LFR still but I did finish the last of the new heroics.

I hit 85 on my Rogue this week so I'm not sure which alt to work on next. I have so many to choose from. :)

I've been doing the Greench daily but other than that, my alts haven't had a lot of attention this weekend.

I'd also like to spend some time on my other games. I've been watching Totalbiscuit's Terraria videos and they are terribly funny. It makes me want to play the game though so I may play that though I also really want to work on Morrowind too. Both are games that offer me many opportunities to explore so I may not actually ever get to the end in either one. Heheh

I played Terraria a lot. It's a very addictive game.

I will be going out to visit family on Sunday as usual.

My sister emailed me to say that just about everyone who is usually there is sick along with her husband too so she said it probably wasn't a great day to come out and visit so I did shopping and laundry instead.

Got my first level 85 - on my hunter. Then took a day off "work" and drudged my way through Grand mastery in fishing and first aid. Went back to the grind last night and way later than I should have took on the Nordrassil Summit quests. Got as far as the Bonds of Doubt segment and spent a frustrating hour killing flying elementals that seemed to respawn faster than I killed them, taking three corpse retrieval flights of my own and resurrecting my poor turtle so often I lost count.

Long after I should have been in bed, and after 'dying' for the fourth time, I said a few nasty words and went to bed. I'm sure there must be a legal way of beating the thing - or maybe its just Blizzard's way of putting overconfident new L85s in their place.

Gotta start gearing up now - still only at 295 which won't let me into some Cata dungeons.

Forgot to post on goals on Friday, but then the weekend was going to be busy enough that I didn't think I would have time to do any WoW'g. The 4 hours I found on Sunday were spent on my 85 human warrior working on her Archaeology in Eastern Kingdoms. Managed to get her from 15 to 19 rares, including the Fossilized Hatchling, The Innkeeper's Daughter and the Zin'rokh, Destroyer of Worlds. The last is a nice addition for my warrior. Now have just one more fossil fragment to get the Pterrordax Hatchling, which I'll probably have in the next 10 minutes or so, and then have my Professor achievement.

Such time consuming fun....
