Does it keep you in the queue or does it just kick you and reinvite you automatically when you log on/off?
If it keeps offline people in the queue then I found a possible explanation to the 20-minute "Waiting for last DPS to accept" crap I went through yesterday. Every time that damn check box appeared, one DPS would not accept.

This would be more of a bug, I think, but I have noticed that my Hunters Mark seems to have trouble staying up for it's full duration. Seems to happen more often on the new raid bosses.
Talking of bugs, since 4.3 I am getting an awful lot more "This item is tapped". This often lasts days on the same node so its not someone else in another phase.
Wherever I go - there I am.
