Yeah, whether you're on a European or NA server is a big deal for that. It seems like for the most part, the Euro folk have congregated on Kazzak, and us US folks are on Proudmoore. Seems to be a fair amount of both Alliance and Hordies on Proudmoore, so that's kind of up to you to decide which faction to choose.

Say what? I thought all the cool kids were on Skywall? But I do have some tiny forgottenn alt or two on Proudmoore

Blizz needs to lower the price of transfers so I can play with all the cool kids. It sucks being stuck on Oceanic servers with all my 85s and being back on US time. Hard to find a raiding guild when they all raid at 6 AM my time.
I may have to make an alt on Proudmoore...I haven't played Horde in a while, could be fun :P
Is Proudmoore a PVE or PVP server?
I've been considering finding a nice PVE server to level some hordies on. Or maybe xfer my 85 hordies from Arthas over.

PvE. I transferred from a PvP server and I'm soooo happy I did.

I think I might transfer my pally tank over to your server.
Will I find people to do heroics with? I'm not sure exactly how well-geared my pally is, but I've tanked at least a couple of heroics on her.
Oh definitely. I don't really do heroics much anymore since the two 85's I actually care about have all their VP gear, but my priest could definitely use some more JP for Wrath rep. I'll be around Friday night and probably most of Saturday until around 9pm or so if you want to run a few when I'm not raiding.
If you're interested, our Friday night alt raid could use a committed tank. We have a few that come fairly regularly, but it's always up in the air. We do have a few pallies already, but only one of them is a tank and he's kinda hit and miss as to whether he shows up or not. Neither of the tanks have committed to tomorrow, so there's a good chance I could get you in if you want to tank Firelands. :-) If your pally has decent enough gear that is. As long as your ilvl is in the low 360's it probably wouldn't be a problem.

I'm not nearly geared enough to tank FL. I need to do heroics and whatnot to gear up still, lol.
When I get home I'll do the transfer and send you a whisper in game.

I would love to get a spot as a raid tank. I can't commit to the same day every week because of the custody arrangement for my son, but I can definitely swing every other week (the weeks I don't have him) and make some of the Fridays that I do have him.
