I Think We All Know That PainFollow

I felt this should be shared.

I know a lot of us keep up with Dark Legacy and have already seen it. But this gives us another topic to derail into beer and ************* clam stackers," so why not?

But the actual comic is pretty funny, too.

Our current raid leader's quitting the game in a week and a half. It's like a game of hot potato for who gets the job next.

I refer you to my signature.

I also think it should be a requirement that for player's clams to stack they must be a raid leader no less than 1 year or 100 raids.

The one who is best at explaining stuff in as few words as possible?
Also, preferably someone who isn't hot tempered, you don't want yout RL to yell himself into a heart attack.

Preferably someone who IS hot tempered. Every time a raid leader snaps on Vent and it gets put on YouTube, an angel gets its wings.

You don't need a hot tempered raid leader for your raid leader to snap. Seriously.

But a hot tempered one is at a higher risk of snapping, which means more uploads, which means more wings for angels.

Why do you hate angels, Aeth?

Well aside from the temper that's probably me. When other folks drone on about the full boss mechanics I easily break them down into "dps: stand here, when he does this get out of the way. Tanks: swap every ***, stand with the dps when not tanking." And I type them in raid chat rather than droning in Vent, so if someone's attention wavers they can find the info. The downside is that I know jack all about healers and am constantly amazed that we finish fights not dead. Also I'm flaky as hell, not a good thing for a raid leader.

Yeah, I tend to ramble... which is why I don't like raid leading, even when it's a pug.

I no longer have the patience to raid lead. The anger comes to easily.

That was half the fun of me raid leading.

The other half was the bad puns.

I still laugh every time I see a danish.

Short version:

There's a mob(an ethereal, iirc) in Kara that does a disarm and proceeds to attack with the weapon he stole. We had two tanks, one a paladin, the other a druid. I said over vent: "Hey, if that ethereal disarms <druid>, does that mean he'll be attacking us with a danish?" Almost ten minutes later, several people groaned as they finally got the joke.

A "Bear Claw" is a type of danish.

I remember that mob. First time it happened I said "he gets to use my weapon, why don't I get to use my weapon?" I believe vent then devolved into the ethereal grabbing me and swinging the bear at other people.

Unless you're an undead Dane, in which case it would be perfectly legal to cannibalize.

Raid leaders snap all the time. Just look at the news. 4 out 5 murders are committed by raid leaders. True facts, yo.
