Double bladed polearm :: World of Warcraft

I've got a character as blood elves. There I saw the blood elves guards around. They have some sort of double bladed polearms. My question is now ... are these weapons available for normal characters, too ??? And when ... where to get and which LVL is needed for it ???

I'm trying to find it on wowhead, here's the closest I've found so far:

It is double-bladed.
