parts of quests "disappeared"??????Follow

Running the two Sethekk Halls dungeon quests, one 'piece' of each was "this objective not in database". The other parts of each were where they should have been. I've only run this dungeon once before and on that occasion there were no such problems. Can anyone tell me what might have happened? FWIW I do use carbonite.
