ok, now I am sure this has been asked but I can not find it unless I am just blind. If I get a 5 man random that is made up of just guildies, do i get guild rep while in the dungeon?
Yes. As long as 4 of you (possibly 3 but I'm not sure about that) are in the same guild, you get guild rep and experience.
Pretty sure it just has to be a majority of guildies, so 3 or more will work.

Well I know with raids it has to be 8/10 or 20/25 to get credit, so it isn't a flat majority. That's why I'm not sure about the three.
3 is the minimum for 5 mans, and as was said above 8 for 10 and 20 for 25's.
